粽香沁人心，端午共安康。在端午节来临之际，为增进在济外国友人对中华优秀传统文化的理解与认同，同时宣传济南人才发展环境、吸引海外青年人才扎根发展。6月13日，“Touching济南·仲夏手作粽享欢愉”活动在济南海归小镇举行。来自摩洛哥等国留学生齐聚一堂，在欢乐氛围中感受传统文化魅力，深入了解济南引才育才的优质平台。
On June 13. ahead of the Dragon Boat Festival, the “Touching Jinan · Mid-Summer Handmade Zongzi Joy” event was held at the Jinan Overseas Returnees Town. The event aimed to enhance foreign friends’ understanding and recognition of traditional Chinese culture, while promoting Jinan’s talent development environment and attracting overseas young talents to settle and thrive here. International students from Morocco and other countries gathered together, experiencing the charm of traditional culture in a joyful atmosphere and learning about Jinan’s high-quality platforms for talent recruitment and cultivation。
活动现场，留学生们集体参观了海归小镇展厅。讲解员围绕小镇发展定位、产业布局、配套服务、发展成果等内容中英双语进行了详细介绍，让外籍青年直观感受到济南开放包容的城市气质和浓厚的创新创业氛围。参观结束后，工作人员现场开展人才政策宣讲，全面解读我市针对海外留学生、归国人才的扶持政策、创业补贴、生活保障等相关内容，真诚邀请海外青年学子了解济南、选择济南、留在济南发展。
民俗体验环节温情满满，工作人员详细地介绍了端午节的由来和习俗。外国友人动手DIY各式中药材，制作专属中药香囊。在专业老师的指导下，还体验了包粽子，三角粽、四角粽、牛角粽等形态各异的粽子陆续成形，现场笑声与掌声不断。“这是我第一次包粽子，看起来很简单，想包好还是很难，但很有意思。”来自斯里兰卡的留学生举着粽子开心地说，“能吃到自己包的粽子真的太开心了！”
活动现场还设置了投壶、套圈等妙趣横生的传统游戏环节，大家轮番上阵、互相喝彩，将现场气氛推向高潮。
During the event, the students toured the exhibition hall of the Returnees Town, where a guide provided detailed bilingual introductions. They also attended a talent policy briefing that comprehensively covered the city’s support policies for overseas students and returnees, including entrepreneurship subsidies and living support. In the folk experience session, participants learned about the origins and customs of the Dragon Boat Festival and made their own personalized Chinese herbal sachets. Traditional games such as pitch-pot and ring toss were also arranged, with participants taking turns and cheering each other on, bringing the atmosphere to a lively climax。
本次活动是市委外办“Touching济南”系列活动之“节日Touching”的生动实践，活动以端午民俗文化为纽带，依托海归小镇人才平台优势，将文化交流与招才引智有机结合，既让外国友人沉浸式体验中华传统文化，也全方位展示了济南的人才生态与发展机遇。让外国友人在亲身体验中感知济南、了解济南、爱上济南，助力培养更多知华、友华、爱济的青年使者。
This event was a vivid example of the “Festival Touching” initiative under the “Touching Jinan” series organized by the Foreign Affairs Office of the Jinan Municipal Committee.
